A woman needing her annual gynecological examination is forced to visit the new physician due to the retirement of her previous MD. As uncomfortable as it was she called the new physician’s office, made the appointment, showed up, was taken into the examination room, undressed, and took her position on the examination table in the correct position.
(Act out the following)
The new physician began the exam using the typical digital exploration and stepped back stroking his beard and mubbled to himself “hmmmmm” with a sign of concern. After doing this two more times the patient finally pleaded, “Doctor what is wrong”?
The doc explained that it appeared that he would have to numb her. To which she responded, “Whatever is necessary”.

Having gained appropriate patient consent the doctor began to provide cunnilingus while muttering “nummy nummy nummy”.
