Little Johnny raised his hand and says “I know, my mum has it”

Ms. Jones drew two parallel lines and a half circle in one end, on the other end two circles side by side.
“And what is this?”
Little Johnny raised his hand again and says “I know, my dad has it”
“What is the name?”
“It has two names. Mum calls it Penis, Dad calls it Cock, He has two of them.”
“What do you mean he has two…?”
