Loading ...Orders came down to St. Peter that Heaven was beginning to fill and the standards of admitting people have risen.
Three people come to the gates. One a teacher, one a theif, and one a lawyer.
St. Peter asks the teacher: What was the worst tragedy of this century?
The teacher thinks for a minute and replies: That would have to be the sinking of the Titanic.
St. Peter nods his head and opens the gates for the teacher.
He then turns to the thief.
St Peter: How many died on the Titanic that it was such a tragedy?
The thief thinks for a minute the grins: I’ve just seen that movie and it was about 1,500.
St. Peter nods his head and opens the gates for the thief. He then turns to the lawyer and leans in.
St. Peter: Now you lawyer…name them.
